SHIPPING REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-3 days to process your order UNLESS specified on the product description where a third party service eg. a printing service may be involved so these items may take longer to process and ship. Domestic/UK shipping is free and included in the price unless specified in the product description. Overseas shipping will incur a shipping charge based on size & weight of products ordered. Where possible, Tin City uses a tracking service on shipments and you will be advised of this via a shipment email. Please note Tin City uses recycled packaging where possible.

Returned items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you exchange an item you will be responsible for both the postage to return the item and postage to send out the new item.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as this is through a third party.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Gift cards
Customised products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at...... Exchanging items for a different colour or size is at the discretion of TIN CITY. It is also dependent on size/colour availability. If you would like to enquire about an exchange please email us.

Damaged items
Should you find your item damaged on delivery, you will need to notify us within 7 days by email with supporting photographs of the item in the original packaging. Refunds will only be given for items damaged in transit.
